Ana and Danijel are great hosts. It is a nice and new house with a great sea view. It is really well equipped, the upper kitchen is great, beds comfortable, two nice bathrooms. Maybe the description could be more detailed so one unterstands better how the rooms are devided on the different floors. All four bedrooms and the two bathrooms are on the top floor, the floor underneath comes the kitchen, guest toilet and living room and on the lowest floor most rooms are closed but an extra kitchen next to the terrace which goes directly to the sea and little beach can be used. There is a fire place on the terrace and also a Netflix button on the Remote control but no washing machine and no coffee machine. The house is also really good located to visit the island but also Biograd na Moru – no car needed. Tkon also has everything it needs. We enjoyed the tranquility, the beautiful environment and short distance to the sea as well as the nice people very much.

Tkon is a beautiful and quiet small village. If you go on the ferry in Biograd na Moru, the ferry arrives in center of Tkon which is 2min away with car from the villa. Villa is as beautiful and spacious as its shown on the pictures. There are two balcony on each floor with sea view and another balcony on top floor facing garden and street. Villa also has perfect terrace, spacious and with beach chairs waiting for you to lay on. In the morning the terrace is illuminated with sun and in afternoon its covered by the shade. Beach is away only a few stapes from the terrace. The sea by the villa has a sandy bottom, and its shallow for some time until the sea bottom gets lower. 2 Beach chairs also await you on the beach. Living room, kitchen and each bedroom have their own AC.
Owners are really nice, helpful and you can contact them any time.

We had a wonderful time at Danijel and Ana’s house. This starts with their helpful and responsive attitude, continues with the modern, specious and thoughtfully equipped house and ends with the beautiful locale and a de facto private beach well suited for families with kids. Don’t worry and take the house 😃

Absolutely great place, very spacious, excellent owners helping with everything. House is located 5 steps from the water and few hounded meters from center town . We visited Croatia many, many times, renting houses and apartments and this one is our favorite.

Danijel and Ana have a beautifully kept house in a gorgeous location. The hosts met us on arrival and departure to make sure that we knew how everything worked in the house. We really appreciated the personal touch, thank you:)
The accommodation is directly on the beach, out of the village of Tkon. It is quiet and peaceful, we spent hours paddle boarding straight from the shore and swimming in the sea. The water is crystal clear and in October, we did not share the beach or the water with another soul!
The house is well equipped and completely as described and shown in the photos. In the cooler weather, the house was cosy with under floor heating in the rooms and the beds were comfy with lots of sheets and warm blankets. We had a week of brilliant nights’ sleep! It was great to have the use of a washer and a drier during the week.
There are three very little supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the house but larger supermarkets available in Biograd, so we stocked up before we left the mainland. Milk, bread, pastries and basic supplies are no problem on the island but buy anything special before you leave the mainland! The ferry runs regularly and it’s easy to book your ticket online beforehand.
This is a great place to come for a relaxing holiday! Thank you for looking after us so well!
